These terms apply to your use of mcmenucost.com ("McMenuCost", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What this site is
McMenuCost is a free, independent information site about McDonald's USA menu prices, calories and deals. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by McDonald's Corporation or any McDonald's franchisee. See our disclaimer.
Accuracy of information
Prices on this site are medians of delivery-menu prices we collected on the dates shown. They are not official McDonald's prices. Each restaurant sets its own prices and they change without notice, and McDonald's says delivery prices may be higher than at restaurants. Nutrition and allergen information comes from McDonald's published US data and does not cover customizations or cross-contact. Everything is provided "as is", without any warranty. Always confirm the price and ingredients at your restaurant or in the McDonald's app before ordering.
Permitted use
You may read, share links to and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not:
- copy, scrape, republish or sell our compiled price data or text without written permission;
- use the site in a way that damages it, overloads it or interferes with other visitors;
- present our content as official McDonald's information.
Intellectual property
The text, design, price compilations and images created for McMenuCost belong to us. McDonald's names, product names and trademarks belong to McDonald's Corporation and are used only to identify the products we write about.
Advertising and third-party links
The site may show ads served by third parties such as Google AdSense, and links to other websites such as mcdonalds.com. We do not control those ads or sites and are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices. Our privacy policy explains how advertising cookies work.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, McMenuCost is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or reliance on its information, including price differences, allergic reactions or dietary decisions. This site is not medical or nutritional advice.
